Taxrain provides a way for users to request deletion of some or all of their data without deleting their account.
Users can:
- Request deletion of specific data (e.g. transactions, tax logs, uploaded documents)
- Keep their account active while selected data is permanently removed
How to request data deletion:
- By emailing privacy@taxrain.com from the registered email address, clearly stating the data they want deleted
Requests are reviewed and completed in line with Nigerian data protection regulations (NDPR), and users are notified once the deletion is complete.
